Horizontal Sound Insulation
To achieve optimal sound insulation, a structural design featuring dual layers of sound-insulating rubber-positioned at the top and bottom-is employed. Utilizing a jack-screw mechanism, these double-layered rubber strips are firmly compressed against the ceiling track and the floor, thereby ensuring the high stability of the operable partition system.
Corner Sound Insulation
Specially molded rubber corner components are utilized to effectively resolve the technical challenges associated with sealing the partition's corners. This design simultaneously ensures superior structural stability and exceptional sound insulation performance.
Vertical Sound Insulation
All partition walls feature highly elastic vertical edge profiles. These profiles utilize a tongue-and-groove interlocking mechanism to ensure a tight, seamless fit, thereby guaranteeing optimal closure and sound insulation.
Framework
Given that the suspended structure of the wall panels allows for a degree of lateral movement, the metal interlocking profiles between adjacent panels are designed to fit together tightly, thereby effectively blocking the transmission of sound.
