The series of operable partition products consists of modular wall panels fabricated from a variety of decorative materials, including glass, melamine board, fireproof laminate, color-coated steel, and gypsum board.

Internally constructed from aluminum alloy frames and steel components, these partitions offer a multifunctional performance profile-featuring fire resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, eco-friendliness, and resistance to deformation. In terms of layout, color schemes, and surface finishes, they ensure that the partitioned hotel space retains an aesthetic of simplicity and sophistication. Furthermore, they are robust, durable, and flexible, facilitating the versatile utilization of diverse spaces while creating a highly stylish interior ambiance.

New-Generation Partitions
These modern partitions typically encompass a host of advantages, including aesthetic appeal, lightweight construction, high structural strength, thermal insulation, soundproofing, flame retardancy, moisture resistance, anti-static properties, smooth and easy-to-clean surfaces, strong modularity, and ease of installation. Notably, partitions utilizing double-sided plastic-laminated medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and sandwich-panel color-coated steel are currently being widely adopted in cleanroom and sterile manufacturing facilities, where they have demonstrated significant effectiveness in maintaining a pristine indoor environment.

However, regarding the specific materials selected for accompanying doors and windows, as well as the design of structural joints and installation procedures for these two partition types, further improvements are still required. This is because the installation process for many such partitions often presents certain drawbacks, including: the persistence of exposed sills on both sides of the aluminum-alloy observation windows embedded in the partitions; inconsistencies between the thickness of the doors/windows and that of the partitions, resulting in "dead corners" or gaps; the presence of numerous inherent crevices and internal corners within the doors and windows themselves; and the continued reliance on traditional cover strips for panel splicing, which increases the total number of exposed seams. In summary, these deficiencies are highly detrimental to maintaining the environmental cleanliness and sterility required in cleanroom and sterile manufacturing facilities.

Light Steel Framing
Partitions constructed from double-sided plastic-laminated MDF and polyurethane foam-insulated composite panels have effectively replaced traditional brick-and-mortar walls finished with plaster and paint. This transition serves as a clear testament to the profound changes that technological advancement in my country has brought to people's daily lives. Here, we would like to share with you the specific characteristics and practical applications of these various new-generation partition systems.
