Mark vertical plumb lines on the wall according to the design dimensions, and snap layout lines on the floor and ceiling to indicate the position of the partition.
In accordance with the requirements of the drawings, construct the lower section of the partition (comprising facing panels, battens, or masonry) along the marked layout lines, and anchor it securely to the structural elements (brick walls or columns) at both ends.
Complete the installation of the upper section of the partition. The installation sequence is as follows:
Verify that the wooden blocks within the brick wall have been embedded in accordance with the specifications;
Erect the vertical studs adjacent to the wall along the snapped layout lines, and securely fasten them to the wooden blocks in the wall using nails;
Subsequently, nail the top and bottom rails, as well as the intermediate horizontal blocking.
